Welcome reception
On Sunday, October 18th, 2009, at 6pm a welcome reception will be offered at the 3rd floor of the conference venue (foyer in front of the main conference hall and the registration desk). Light meals, snacks and soft drinks will be offered.
Banquet
On Tuesday, October 20th, 2009, at 7pm a banquet, including a ceremony of NOLTA 2008 student paper awards, will take place at the Cabernet Hall (the 1st floor of the conference venue).
Student's awarding ceremony of NOLTA 2009
On Wednesday, October 21th, 2009, at 5pm a ceremony of NOLTA 2009 student paper awards will take place at the Semillon room as a part of the NOLTA 2009 closing ceremony.
